District Court Judge, the Honorable Kimberly Y. Best will be visiting with DVN and community members. Join for a conversation to find out more about your district’s judge.
Hon. Best has been a District Court Judge for 12 years and presided over civil, domestic violence, juvenile delinquency, abuse, neglect and dependency, family, criminal, and involuntary commitment matters. She currently presides over Wellness Court, a treatment court, for those who suffer from diagnosed mental illnesses and are involved in the criminal justice system.
