September 17th at 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Socially Distanced Gathering on the Green in Davidson: We will meet in front of the Davidson Library then find a spot on the Green, each person 6 feet apart, for a socially distanced chat. Cold drinks and snacks will be provided. Please bring your own chair.

September 23rd 11:00 – 12:00 p.m. Grief Discussion: Board members Beth Quinn and Natalie Heling, both retired therapists, on a discussion on grief. Grief is not always about death.  It’s about LOSS.  Of course, death of a loved one is the ultimate loss….but some form of grieving is necessary after any loss; such as the loss of independence,  of a career,  of marriage,  of health, of a beloved pet.

We will send you a very short chapter to read from a book entitled, Don’t Take My Grief Away from Me by Doug Manning. Depending on the group’s comfort level, we will meet via Zoom https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81574736599

Contact Natalie Heling by phone at 704-997-5169 or email at natalie.heling@gmail.com to reserve your spot or to ask questions
