David Critchlow – President, Retired healthcare executive; previous roles with major teaching hospitals and private sector; past president of a health services company; member, Patient/Family Advisory Board, Novant Health; founder, KnowHownc LLC; area resident since 2008.
Ellen Giduz – Retired Manager, Davidson and Cornelius Public Libraries: coordinated library programs and outreach for adults, oversaw the volunteer program, and partnered with various groups to serve the community. Davidson resident since 1981. Ellen serves as the Director of Volunteers.
Beth Quinn – Woman of many hats – Beginning as an elementary school teacher, then a child and adolescent therapist, a psychiatric hospital administrator, a high school counselor and, finally, retiring as a Charter School principal. Davidson resident since 2002. Beth serves as the Membership Director.
Ava Callender – Retired public library family literacy grant coordinator and university housing area director. Long time community volunteer with certifications in several aspects of nonprofit organization, human services casework and mediation; NClicensed/designated Broker-In-Charge and Notary Public; area resident since 1999. Ava serves as the Outreach Director.
Natalie Heling – DVN member and volunteer; retired clinical social worker in the field of family and children’s mental health; history of volunteer work with community service agencies; moved to the Davidson area from northern California in 2018. Natalie serves as the Secretary.
Steve Gibbons – Retired Technical Project Manager and Consultant for the Financial Services industry, certified PMP. Former community liaison to McCloud Addictive Disease Center, Charlotte NC. Formerly active in the Boy Scouts of America and as a youth sports coach. Past president Cabin Creek Property Owners Association. Davidson resident since 2009. Steve serves as the Finance Director and Treasurer.
Mary Sherrill – Founding DVN member and board member at large.
Shanna Reeb – Director of Operations. Shanna brings her expertise of over 10 years of nonprofit experience and a Masters in Public Administration. Her position is supported through resources from the Town of Davidson and the Reemprise Foundation.
