MEET THE TEAM
David Critchlow – President, Retired healthcare executive; previous roles with major teaching hospitals and private sector; past president of a health services company; member, Patient/Family Advisory Board, Novant Health; founder, KnowHownc LLC; area resident since 2008.
Ellen Giduz – Retired Manager, Davidson and Cornelius Public Libraries: coordinated library programs and outreach for adults, oversaw the volunteer program, and partnered with various groups to serve the community. Davidson resident since 1981. Ellen serves as the Director of Volunteers.
Beth Quinn – Woman of many hats – Beginning as an elementary school teacher, then a child and adolescent therapist, a psychiatric hospital administrator, a high school counselor and, finally, retiring as a Charter School principal. Davidson resident since 2002. Beth serves as the Membership Director.
Natalie Heling – DVN member and volunteer; retired clinical social worker in the field of family and children’s mental health; history of volunteer work with community service agencies; moved to the Davidson area from northern California in 2018. Natalie serves as the Secretary.
Shana Erber Davidson resident of 11 years and a seasoned marketing professional. She has been a freelancer since 2015 and specializes in digital marketing, content development and branding for various corporate and small business accounts. Shana served on the Davidson Steering Committee for the South Street town hall development. She was also Board Secretary for the North Mecklenburg Exchange Club, where she is still an active member. You can find Shana going on walks in her neighborhood, McConnell, with her family or hitting the tennis courts. Shana serves as the Marketing Director.
Gerry Mackenzie spent the majority of her career at a state unit on aging, developing and administering programs to support older adults living in the community. She completed her career as head of a county department of community services, where her focus broadened to include programs and services for people across the lifespan. She has been a resident of Davidson since 2020 and serves as Outreach Director.

Shanna Reeb – Director of Operations. Shanna brings her expertise of over 10 years of nonprofit experience and a Masters in Public Administration. Her position is supported through resources from the Town of Davidson and the Reemprise Foundation.
